Why I Started BinTasker

Before moving to the United States, I worked in the legal profession in Europe. That experience reinforced the importance of responsibility, professionalism, and following through on commitments—values that continue to guide how I operate BinTasker today.

After building a life in the Chicago suburbs, I noticed a surprisingly common problem. Many people were struggling with a simple but recurring task: getting their trash and recycling bins to the curb on time.

The idea for BinTasker came when a family member forgot to put her bins out for collection. I ended up chasing the garbage truck down the street and realized there had to be a better solution.

Seniors, travelers, busy families, and homeowners all face the same challenge: life gets busy, and trash day is easy to forget.

When I searched for a service that handled this problem, I couldn't find one.

So I started BinTasker.
